A chai-infused revolution in spirits

FOUNDED IN EDINBURGH BY

NISHANT SHARMA, Rutland Square

Spirits is a premium spirits brand

fusing India’s tea heritage with

Scotland’s distilling mastery.

Its signature creation is the world’s

first gin fused with white oolong chai

tea from Assam — one of the world’s

rarest and most expensive teas. By

combining premium botanicals with

the delicate warmth of chai spices and

the complexity of fine tea, Rutland

Square has created a unique spirit.

Smooth, aromatic and versatile, it

offers drinkers something they cannot

find anywhere else: the authentic taste

of East meets West in a glass.

Sharma has become a recognised

voice in the UK drinks industry, his

journey profiled by the Financial

Times, Sky News, The Scotsman and

The Express, while his leadership has earned him nominations for the Great

British Entrepreneur of the Year Award and recognition in 40 Under 40 lists. His

story embodies the same ambition and originality that defines the brand.

Rutland Square Spirits has also been one of the fastest-growing challenger

brands in the UK. This success attracted Bollywood star and entrepreneur Vivek

Oberoi, who recently acquired a 21% stake in the company. His involvement

brings global credibility and influence, underlining the brand’s growing

international appeal.
